विषय : जलवायुपरिवर्तन ग्लोबलवार्मिंग एवं प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के विषय में -
महोदय,
विगत कुछ दशकों में वर्षा बाढ़ सूखा आँधी तूफ़ान ,चक्रवात, बज्रपात एवं भूकंप जैसी डरावनी प्राकृतिकआपदाएँ बार बार घटित होते देखी जा रही हैं !इनका भयावह स्वरूप भी दिनोंदिन विकराल होता चला जा रहा है! इसके अलावा भी मौसम का संतुलन दिनोंदिन बिगड़ता जा रहा है ! कभी गर्मी अधिक होती है तो कभी सर्दी अधिक होने लगती है कभी वर्षा अधिक होते देखी जाती है तो कभी सूखा पड़ रहा होता है ! इसी प्रकार से सर्दी गर्मी आदि का क्रम भी तेजी से बदलता जा रहा है !ऐसी आकस्मिक प्राकृतिक घटनाओँ का पूर्वानुमान लगा पाना मौसम वैज्ञानिकों के लिए दिनोंदिन चुनौती बनता जा रहा है ! दीर्घावधि के पूर्वानुमान तो गलत होते ही हैं अल्पावधि पूर्वानुमान भी सही ही होंगे ऐसा भी तो विश्वास नहीं किया जा सकता है क्योंकि उनके द्वारा किए गए मौसम संबंधी पूर्वानुमान अधिकाँश गलत ही निकल जाते हैं !इस विषय में मौसम वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि ऐसी सभी घटनाओं का कारण जलवायु परिवर्तन एवं ग्लोबलवार्मिंग जैसी घटनाएँ हैं !किंतु यदि ऐसा होता तो सभी के द्वारा किए गए संबंधी पूर्वानुमानों को गलत होना चाहिए था किंतु ऐसा होते तो नहीं देखा जाता है !
पिछले तीस वर्षों से मैं मौसम और प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से संबंधित विषयों पर 'समयविज्ञान' की दृष्टि से पूर्वानुमान लगाता हूँ और वे सही घटित होते हैं !इसीविश्वास पर मैं कह सकता हूँ कि जलवायु परिवर्तन एवं ग्लोबलवार्मिंग जैसी घटनाओं का मौसम से कोई संबंध नहीं हैं और न ही इनमें कोई सच्चाई है !फिर भी विश्वास के लिए सन 2018 के अक्टूबर नवम्बर महीनों में होने वाले आँधी तूफानों चक्रवातों आदि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के विषय में ये पूर्वानुमान मैं 10-10-2018 को प्रकाशित कर रहा हूँ !ऐसे पूर्वानुमान मैं किसी प्राकृतिक घटना के घटित होने से कुछ महीने या कुछ वर्ष पहले बता सकता हूँ 'समयविज्ञान' के द्वारा ऐसा किया जा सकता है !मौसम संबंधी विषयों में आप हमारे द्वारा लिखे गए पूर्वानुमान देखिए और ये यदि सही लगते हैं तो इसका मतलब है कि जलवायु परिवर्तन एवं ग्लोबलवार्मिंग जैसी कोई बात होती ही नहीं है !ऐसा विश्वास करना ही होगा !
आँधी तूफ़ान चक्रवात पूर्वानुमान : अक्टूबर और नवंबर - 2018
इस वर्ष 10 अक्टूबर से लेकर 30 नवंबर तक दो महीने का समय प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की दृष्टि से विशेष चिंतनीय होगा !संपूर्ण महीने में आँधी तूफ़ान चक्रवात की घटनाएँ सारे विश्व में बहुत अधिक घटित होंगी !इन आँधी तूफ़ान चक्रवात आदि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं का कारण सूर्यग्रह पर विद्यमान है जहाँ इनका निर्माण 18 अप्रैल 2018 से 17 जून 2018 तक हुआ था ये प्राकृतिक आपदाएँ वहाँ से सूर्य किरणों के साथ उतर कर पृथ्वी के वातावरण को तभी से उत्तेजित करती चली आ रही हैं! 10 अक्टूबर 2018 से विश्व के विभिन्न देशों पर इनका प्रभाव पड़ना प्रारम्भ हो जाएगा जो कुछ महीनों तक चलेगा !जिसका पूर्वानुमान मेरे द्वारा लगाया जा चुका है किंतु यहाँ केवल अक्टूबर और नवंबर महीनों का ही मौसम पूर्वानुमान दिया जा रहा है !
बहुत वर्षों के बाद अक्टूबर नवंबर आदि महीनों में इतने विकराल प्राकृतिक उपद्रवों का सामना करना पड़ेगा !इन दो महीनों में आँधी तूफ़ान जैसी प्राकृतिक आपदाएँ एवं चक्रवात सुनामी भूकंप जैसी घटनाएँ कुछ देशों को बिचलित कर सकती हैं इनका वेग और आवृत्तियाँ इतनी अधिक होंगी !सतर्क सरकारों के द्वारा बचाव कार्यों के लिए किए जाने वाले अधिकतम प्रयास भी जन धन की हानि रोक पाने में अक्षम होंगे !इस वर्ष विश्व के अनेकों देशों में प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के कारण कुछ दशकों के रिकार्ड टूट सकते हैं ! इसमें वायु प्रदूषण की मात्रा बहुत अधिक बढ़ जाएगी !जिसका कारण फैक्ट्रियों या वाहनों से निकला हुआ धुआँ नहीं होगा और न ही फसलों के अवशेष जलाने के कारण ही ऐसा हो रहा होगा ! ग्लोबलवार्मिंग और क्लाइमेटचेंज जैसी झूठी कल्पनाओं का मौसम और प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से कोई संबंध नहीं है !
अक्टूबर में : आँधीतूफान जैसी प्राकृतिक आपदाओं का यह समय अक्टूबर - 2018 से प्रारंभ हो जाएगा !जो सारे अक्टूबर के महीने में तो रहेगा नवंबर और आगे भी कुछ महीनों तक पीड़ित करता रहेगा !अक्टूबर महीने में हवाओं का वेग विशेष अधिक होगा !इसमें भी 10 ,11,12,13,14 तारीखों में एवं 18,19,20,21,22 23 अक्टूबर तक आँधी तूफान की घटनाएँ विशेष अधिक घटित होंगी !इन समयों में वायु प्रदूषण की मात्रा भी काफी अधिक बढ़ जाएगी आकाश धूलि धूसरित दिखेगा !इस दृष्टि से 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 तारीखों में उठे बवंडरों का स्वरूप अत्यंत विकराल होगा !इसमें भी 25,26,27 तारीखों में आँधी तूफ़ानों के साथ साथ सुनामी और भूकंप जैसी बड़ी प्राकृतिक आपदाओं का प्रबल भय है !29,30 और 31 तारीखों में भी आँधी तूफान जैसी मध्यमस्तरीय घटनाएँ घटित होंगी !इन दोनों महीनों में वायु का वेग एवं प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की आवृत्तियाँ क्रमशः बढ़ती चली जाएँगी !12 अक्टूबर से 17अक्टूबर तक प्रायः प्रत्येक देश में वायु का वेग अधिक होगा !
नवम्बर 2018 : नवम्बर के संपूर्ण महीने में आँधीतूफान ,वायु प्रदूषण एवं चक्रवात जैसी प्राकृतिक आपदाएँ बार बार घटित होंगी इनका स्वरूप अत्यंत डरावना होगा !अक्टूबर की अपेक्षा नवंबर में तीव्रता काफी अधिक होगी और कई बार ऐसी आपदाएँ दिखेंगी !इसमें भी 6 नवंबर 2018 के बाद प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की विकरालता दिनोंदिन और अधिक बढ़ती चली जाएगी !विशेषकर 6 ,7,8,9,10 नवंबर में भीषण आँधी तूफ़ान ,चक्रवात और बज्रपात जैसी घटनाओं की काफी अधिकता रहेगी !वायुप्रदूषण भी इस समय बहुत बढ़ा रहेगा !भूकंप भी 6 ,7,8,9 तारीख़ में घटित होंगे !इन तारीखों के अलावा नवंबर महीने की ही 20,21,22,23,24 तारीखें आँधी तूफानों ,चक्रवातों,बज्रपातों एवं भूकंप जैसी बड़ी प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से विश्व के अनेकों देशों को अत्यंत पीड़ित करेंगे !इससे जनधन की बड़ी हानि होगी !ये समय बहुत अधिक डरावना होगा !
नोट : दिसंबर आदि में भी ऐसी प्राकृतिक घटनाएँ घटित होंगी जिसकी चर्चा हम बाद में करेंगे !
